A representative of JKyle is meeting with Homeowner, this week, to address issue

The scratches Mrs*** is referring to are not warrant-able items The warranty does not cover scratches on window panes after closing Mrs*** had her final walk thru on 7/10/and there was one window pane mentioned on the final walk thru list that was scratched This window
pane was replaced The purpose of the final walk thru is to identify any issues with the house before closing so that we can correct those issues Mrs*** received an Orientation Checklist that states to "Check windows for scratches or broken panes Not warranted after closing Manufacturer warranty only" Mrs*** also hired an inspector to inspect the house before her final walk thru In his inspection he noted that the second floor front left bedroom window pane was scratched This is the window pane that was replaced Mrs*** did her final walk thru, signed the orientation check list that stated to check windows for scratches and had her inspector check the house There was only one scratched window pane mentioned and that window pane was replaced The scratches Mrs*** has now are not warrant-able items and JKyle Homes has no further obligations to fix any window panes
