previously noted in his account many timesWe are in the business of renting storage units, and we would not want a dissatisfied tenant, or loss of incomeMr***'s story is far from the truthOur video recordings, and eye witness customer accounts, were contrary to his storyThis is another example of his aggressive behaviorIn the ten plus years this location has been open we have never had to evict a tenantMr*** left us no choice but to evict him because of his aggressive threatening behavior on many occasionsTo our knowledge he still has not moved out of our facilityHis lock is still on his unit door, and he has not notified us in any way that he has moved out, or per his rental agreement, signed the move out paperworkWe humbly ask that you remove his unture review

I am not surprised with *** *** responseJudging by the online reviews of his typical behavior this is the normThere is not a single truthful remark in his responseWhile he mentions he has videos, I am certain he can not produce anything to back up what he is allegingI have already moved my belongings to another storage facility in EvergreenI in fact moved them weeks agoPerhaps he needs to look at his " videos"? After this incident I did not feel my items were safe in any wayAnyone who acts like this towards his customers clearly would not be concerned about security of their belongingsMy demands remain the sameI would also request a response from the general manager *** His direct number is XXX-XXX-XXXX or the owner *** ***Clearly Mr*** is not capable or qualified to remedy this situation
I have attached copies of online reviews to back up my storyClearly this type of behavior has been the norm for Mr *** dating back years
To Evergreen consumers, There are several other options for self storage in Evergreen, with much better customer service and lower rent ratesI was able to find a much less expensive unit in less than minutes
