I wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle hereNot only are the vehicles over priced but they will sell you a vehicle that needs work I purchased a vehicle quickly due to an emergency and had a problem two days laterThe owner said he fix the problem but never didI was told three different times that it would get fixed They are a detail shop as well so they should have had the car cleaned and full of gas when purchased as wellIt smelled sweaty and was dirty and was emptyI will never do business there again and do not recommend anyone ever to do business there

We did in fact sell her a nice little 2001 [redacted] with just over 101k on it. I did encourage my daughter to buy the car for the same reasons [redacted] bought the car,...

nice solid car, great gas mileage, relatively low miles on it for the money. What Ms. [redacted] has neglected to tell you is that two days after purchasing the car, she had an interlock installed that is directly hooked to the starting system of the car and the sole purpose of this unit is to interrupt the starting circuit. Even so, when she had a problem, we sent a mechanic out and the car started when we turned the key. We were unable to conclusively tell what the problem was. (such is often the case with intermittent problems) None the less, we asked Ms [redacted] to bring it by so we could further diagnose the problem. She brought the car in and we put a new starter relay in. Weeks went by and we didn't hear from her. About a week or two ago, she called from Winona Pool, upset and indicated her car wouldn't start. [when the car won't start, it doesn't do anything, it's like a dead short, not like it's turning over and won't fire] I told her I would send someone over. Shortly after, she called back and said it started. At that time, we agreed that she should bring the car in and we would look at it again.
We never heard from her again until Sunday Morning the 14th of June, at 9:36 AM I received a text on my personal cell phone, "Hi this is [redacted] I don't appreciate you not fixing what you know is wrong with this car I've called numerous times! Now I'm stranded in Fort Collins because of it. I expect it fixed tomorrow!"
I responded, "Ya know what [redacted], I can't hold your hand and force you to bring it in like we talked about weeks ago. I don't know who or when you're calling but would be happy to help if you call or stop by the shop during normal business hours. I don't care for your tone or the implication we somehow know what is wrong with your used car. Our shop # is 970-217-6241.
I received a call from her on Monday 6/14/15 on my cell again. I asked her if she had received the # to the shop and asked her to use it and hung up.
Ms [redacted] sounds like she feels like we knew there was a problem and furthermore know what it is. This is simply not true. Ms [redacted] is also mistaken in feeling entitled to Sun Sports Auto Center "owing her free maintenance and/or service of any kind to her car. We would be inclined to help her in anyway we could because that's the way we do business. However, a little cooperation on her part and gratitude would go a long way.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Yes I in fact have an interlock in my vehicle.  This has been noted from the installer and company that the vehicle not turning over or starting has nothing to do with the interlock. I had the device in my last vehicle with absolutely no problem.  Roch saying that he had told me to bring the car in to look at is a lie, he said he would come and look at it whether it was at my home or place of employment being that I work directly across the street from the company.  I do not need him to hold my hand to get the vehicle there and quite frankly this should show you the way he is rude, does poor business and is very disrespectful to his clients.  I want no further action but I do want to make sure others know this place of business is full of lies, broken down vehicles and poor customer service.
Regards,
[redacted]
