Review: . I had a very bad experience with them yesterday 10-**-13. I rented a storage space at cube smart and they offered 2hrs free service with a super move inc. So I called super move inc to set up a day and time for them to pick up my things to move (the move was from Brooklyn to queens) First of all the guy on the phone was very rude. He advised me that the first 2hrs were free with truck and driver and each additional 1/2 hr would be a fee of $50 . I was fine with that because I had a few friends helping move my things so I knew it wouldn’t take over 2hr. The driver that came was very nice. After everything was loaded we proceeded to leave to head to the storage location. I arrived at the location 10-15 before the driver because instead of taking the conduit which would have been shorter he took another way. Anyway the driver finally arrived coming from a different direction. The items were unloaded off of the truck before the 2hrs was completed. The driver then gives me an invoice to sign. As I am reading the invoice I notice a $50 charge on there where it says emergency move. I asked the driver to explain to me what that was and he advised that he was going to call his boss and find out. He called his boss and his boss advised that the $50 charge was for going over the mileage. I asked the driver if he could give me the phone and I spoke with the guy that took my reservation which I found out later that he is [redacted] of the company. I got on the phone and explained to the guy that he never advised me that there would be a $50 charge for going over mileage. I never knew that with the 2hrs free that there was a mileage restriction and there would be a charge. I also asked him if the calls are recorded so that I could prove that he never mentioned a over mileage fee he advised no. (So basically it was my word against [redacted]s word which is a no win situation. ) The guy began arguing with me and telling me that he did explain to me that there would be an additional fee. After talking to me so rudely [redacted] tells me that he is going to put it on my storage bill and that I HAD to pay for it and for me to put the driver back on the phone. I then went inside and spoke with [redacted] of the storage company and called her boss and was told that I would have to take it up with A super move and that they have nothing to do with it. So now I have a $50 charge attached to my storage unit fee because of this.Desired Settlement: I would like the cahrge to be removed.
