A Super Septic & Drain Field required final payment before finishing all work done to my property. They refused to come back to close the open permits taken out by them and repair sprinkler lines that were ripped out by their team and promised to be repaired by both the President and Vice President of the company.

At this point, I do not want A Super Septic to finish the job. I have attached the correspondences from *** noting that I did not lie.
He walked away from the job via text on 3.3.2020 leaving me to finish the work and pass my villages permits on my own. The final permits were passed *** the 10th.
We have been receiving nothing cyber bullying on the net and incorrect assessed reviews to our company for services we were not contracted for, nor have the licensing or expertise to perform.
This has been disrupting our business, and detouring future clients over these false accusations. If this continues to escalate further, we will be forced to file a defamation lawsuit against this client.
Please see a copy of the contract and terms agreed to by this client, prior to engaging. I processed & notarized all the required city permitting forms with this client. She agreed to take care of the cities portion of this project.
All permits and inspections were completed and approved 1st time around. These allegations are false & incorrect.
