I had been a regular customer with scheduled reoccurring appointments. Suddenly, with no warning, they stopped showing up for scheduled appointments. I have called and left voicemail, emailed, texted and sent Facebook messages. I have received no response. They also have my credit card on file and I have no idea what they have done with that.
We will remove all card information and send verification of this being done when canceling out further action on this account.A+ Superior Detailing LLC

I am rejecting this response because:
It does not address the issue of why they stopped showing up for scheduled appointments or answering/returning calls and messages. I also have not received the verification they mentioned.

I have had some cars and trucks detailed over the years , and I am late 50's, these guys are pathetic, buyer beware
Wow Anthony did such an amazing job he took my minivan which has 4 kids under 4 and made it look brand new!!! Outstanding! Yogurt on the ceiling who know what all on my leather seats and the floor you could barely see. I highly recommend him to everyone
