This is a response to a letter that I received about a complaint from Mr. [redacted], When I picked these screens up, I was told there is no hurry on getting these back. Also, The warranty on these windows does not cover the fiberglass screen. I took these screens to get them rescreened for him...

as a favor, things I do for my customers. we were going into the fall when I picked these screens up, It has not been a year like he said.  I  have Mr. [redacted]s screens and a part for one of his windows that did not function properly, Also at no charge. And since I have been on a very big job, I have not been able to get the screens fixed and get by his place to give him his screens and parts.  I have not rescreened the screens as of today. I will be glad to drop off the screens as they are for him if he would like to get someone else to fix them. Please let me know what he would like for me to do.    Thank you

I would however like for Mr Tuck to give me a time-line as to when I can expect  to get my screens and part for my window.
I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I received a letter today regarding Mr. [redacted] screens , I am willing to rescreen them for him as I said I would . As far as the part for the window is concerned, I will deliver it with the screens, I will not be installing it. The windows does come with a lifetime limited warranty, The labor warranty that my company gives has expired, As I do not offer a lifetime warranty for my labor. He can hire someone else to install the part for him. The window part and fiberglass screen mesh is covered under warranty. I will give Mr. [redacted] a copy of the window warranty and exclusions.....          Thank you

Review: Mr Ed Tuck, owner of this business, visited my home and removed my window screens for repair. It has been over a year since his visit and I am still waiting for my screens. Mr. Tuck will not return my calls and he has been avoiding me.Desired Settlement: I must purchase screens to replace the screens Mr Tuck took away. Cost is $120. I request reimbursement of $120.
