This company has performed an unfair, poor quality, business service. We sent them a letter including all the items they missed during their evaluation, and even though they sent us a response letter, it looks like our comments have not been thoroughly reviewed and adjustments have not been made. One or two items have been accepted, however, it wasn't reflected in the appraisal value. We believe this company has demonstrated poor customer service and has tried to brush off our home evaluation, while performing unfair comparisons to homes that do not meet the standards of ours.
