I received a gift of a tree after the death of my husbandIt was purchased from Galbraith'sMy dear friends also paid for delivery and planting by Galbraith'sI was very saddened when, through no fault of mine { I followed the care instructions given to me by the gentleman who planted the tree) this cherished tree curled up and died a month after it was planted
I went to Galbraith's with my situationI was met with a cold and sarcastic female manager and was basically told no receipt, I'm out of luckEven though they delivered and planted the treeShe said they keep no record of purchase, delivery, or plantingSeems like a business with either very poor record keeping, or record keeping solely for their own purposesBesides selling obviously sub standard products
