I hired A & T to remove/junk a lot of furniture, ply woods, and other junk from my house in NYCArt and his crew were friendly and professionalThere was an adjustment from the initially quoted price because I removed some things from the list of stuff to be removed and also added some more things to be removed Art came into the house to take a look and gave me a new price, which I thought was perfectly fair because I did add more things to be removed I have gotten price quotes from other junk removal companies and Art was the most fair Art and his crew was very efficient and politeI am so please with his service that I feel I should write reviews on both *** and Revdex.com

contacted directly by A & T Moving & Hauling, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Mr. T[redacted] mailed check for $75. This is less than half of the amount I asked for ($148). When we originally spoke he said he would pay for the umbrella stand. He did not say he would pay a portion of the cost.  I sent proof that a replacement is $148. This cost is significantly less than the actual replacement value. I paid 100% of his moving cost plus very generous tip for his workers before I realized how much damage they did to my belongings. I am not willing to settle for less than $148.

Review: Movers broke an ceramic umbrella stand that had been in my family for about 75 years. Arthur T[redacted] said not to worry and promised to pay for it. Movers broke other things too but I asked to be reimbursed for mirrored vanity and umbrella stand - $148. Arthur asked to settle for $75 which is less than irreplaceable value of umbrella stand. He promised to pay and then reneged on his promise.Desired Settlement: I want company to pay replacement value for damaged property
