Dear ***,Mrs*** is absolutely correct! I will refund her money immediately!The only reason why this ended like it did is because our experience with Choice Home Warranty was " pathetic" to say the least!We ran about repair calls in months, that's an avarage of per day, for
them, and I wish I could say all were timely and accurate diagnosis but unfortunately some were not like in this caseIronically I was going behind another service company that experienced exactly what we did!I have nothing to be ashamed of because even though my initial diagnosis was critical for proper performance of the appliance, I'm certain I would of figured it out with my second visit.In all honesty after " racking" a bill of somewhere around 5k of unpaid repairs from Choice I personally decided to drop them and pursue legal actionThats why with all the chaos Mr Metenbrink's repair fell through!Im sure *** can attest to my concerns on Choice because there track record is beyond shady!Publicly I would like to apologize for all the hassle that Mrs*** went through with Ac Mechanical trust me it wasn't intentional let alone our way of doing business unfortunately we were between a rock and a hard spotI honestly would like to thank her for her feedback this only makes us better and wiser!Best regards*** *** ***
