Hello , I have been [redacted] for about 5 years . I have never had any issues before . But I am really disappointed from the recently interaction with the [redacted] . I had open my account 5 years and later my line was transferred to small business account. I recently wanted to transfer the line from business to my personal like and add 2 more lines to my account. The business which was holding that line already gave the release authorization for my number XXX-XXX-XXXX . I called in and wanted to have all the things taken care my the [redacted] representative but I was very disappointed the way they handled the situation and the miss information they gave me . Its been 5 months that my line has been authorized for release and I am still not able to open my account and add 2 lines to it even after all the necessary credit check . I waned to get the $145 plan with 10GB shared data on my new account but they told that I would be charged additional $25 each line to get a new phone on a 2 year contract.All I asked was to give me a new account wth unlimited talk and text and 10GB shared data and have a 2 year contract signed with a smart phone for each line. But they are telling me that they will charge addition $25/line if I want to have new phones because the policies have been changed. Even though my line was eligible to release before this new policy came. First I talked to Destiny for about 1 hour and then Floor manager Shane came and they both were uncooperative and basically told me that they cannot help me . I was trying to give [redacted] business and was actually bringing 2 additional people from T-mobile but I guess they dont want my business and even after going through 5 month wait time to transfer my line to a new account , they did not want to give me discount and allow me to have 3 line for $145 when I buy smart phone with 2 year contract. I am thinking of moving to T-mobile instead of bring them to [redacted] because of bad [redacted].
