On August 18, 2013 I was on A Taste of the Adirondacks website and ordered 1 lb of their [redacted] Medium Roast and 1 lb of the decaf. The order, with a shipping charge, came to $27.98 which I had to use [redacted] to purchase the item. It said the coffee would be shipped in 10 days. Not receiving the coffee, I tried to call the number - it is a cell phone number and left a VM twice - no call. Went back online - the website is no longer there. Tried e-mailing [redacted].com - nothing. I checked [redacted] - this seems to be a restaurant. Still no coffee (Sept. 21) and the charge is on my [redacted] account. I am not sure if this is an empty warehouse or what is going on. No one has contacted me and I just would like my coffee. My neighbors had purchased the breakfast blend, and I thought it was so good, I would purchase it online. The website is not there now. Hopefully you can help me. Thank you. This email came up as invalid on your site. Called [redacted] - have to open an account to dispute this which I do not want to do as I submitted it as a guest user. I have had issues in the past with [redacted].
