She is lying [redacted] customer are some of the worst customers we get sometime Most [redacted] customers read what they are buying and upgrade if needed This one did not and expected the royal treatment And the [redacted] offer was for $not $plus in which she says

If she wants a refund she must call [redacted] because that is the business she purchased the service from It was $ [redacted] posted all the restrictions to use this service.The service was done on 02-22-and when it was done we asked her if she was satisfied and she said yes We have all customers walk around the car to ensure they are satisfied and if they are not we will fix the issue right then and there I informed her the seats were still wet and put a bag on the seat for her to drive away I also informed her to leave the windows down so the seats could dry.l It took us hrs to detail her car

Almost sure this is another online coupon user trying to get over on my company once again. Only complaints my shop ever receives are from online coupon users and the number of complaints are still very low compared to the overwhelming great reviews by other online coupon users that
are very satisfied with my shop and service that they receive. I did receive a call from this woman and she stated that she had been here at my shop about months ago for oil change. And was at another place to get another oil change only after we had just changed the oil. That was flag number 1. She went on texplain that this place told her that her oil drain plug was stripped after lifting her car and doing who else knows what. We are not responsible for any work done by any other shop and will not fix what someone else has broken or damaged. This is what I explained to the lady. She started to use foul language and that's when I hung up the phone. We also use the correct size tool when changing oil and it is impossible to damage such a plug using the hand held manual ratchet driver that is used here. Sounds more like someone used a power tool and incorrect socket trying to get plug out. There is absolutely no reason to use such force when removing or replacing a oil drain plug And if this is the car that I think it is as I remember this plug is the less of her concerns from the condition that this car was in. I am the owner of this business and only person changing oil here, so I'm sure what we did was done correctly and no damage was done on our partEven if this plug was stripped by this other shop, a pair of vice gripes should be able to remove the plug and replace it with another. But it will not be done here

I am rejecting this response because:I was never offered an upgrade .I was never explained thisI requested a refund over the phone and was degraded with vulgar langugeThen when I posted a public review I was told I have a "*** ***" carThat alone proves I was not treated wellAs I stated I'm asking for my $*** that I paid for AND the $tip I left*** is meant to attract customers, who most have complained and gotten similar responses from this business.

The film he chose does not come with a warranty. It is a less quality film and we warned him ahead of time it may show bubbles and offered the upgrade film that comes with a warranty and lasts much longer. He chose the lower quality film and he got what he paid for.

If she wants a refund she must call [redacted] because that is the business she purchased the service from.  It was $59.  [redacted] posted all the restrictions to use this service.The service was done on 02-22-18 and when it was done we asked her if she was satisfied and she said yes.  We have all customers walk around the car to ensure they are satisfied and if they are not we will fix the issue right then and there.  I informed her the seats were still wet and put a bag on the seat for her to drive away.  I also informed her to leave the windows down so the seats could dry.l  It took us 2 hrs to detail her car.
