A Team Construction Maintenance

I paid this man half of the cost to tuck my chimney. Once he got the check I did not hear from him again. I went to small claims court only to find out that he had declared bankruptcy and had the charge dismissed.

I, [redacted], paid [redacted], owner of A-Team Construction Maintenance, Inc, $500.00 May 15, 2012 for a home inspection report. He never did anything as agreed, would not answer my calls or e-mails. Weeks later he informed me he was in the Hospital, apologized and said he would refund my money. It's been one excuse after another, I still have not recieved my money or any part of it for services never rendered. I am a 62 year old, disabled, single woman I feel he took advantage of. He refuses to answer my numerous calls for months now.
