Mr ***,Per our conversation this morning.I have stopped payment on the last check written to A Team Electric in the amount of $I notified the bookkeeper this morning by leaving a voicemail.Yesterday, I attempted to resolve the issue againWith no word from the owner, office personnel
offered to send the electrician back outSince my concern was safety, I acceptedI explained first that the new breaker box was not properly labeledIt was then, that *** (an apprentice) turned to the fuse box and in ink scratched thru what had been written stating it was wrong (no test of circuit)I asked why and he said that he didn't have a pencil with an eraserThe box is still not marked properlyThey then began working on the flickering light problem*** (licensed) said it must be the switchThey went back and forth between outletsHe removed switches that he had installed on 5/25, replaced them with differentHe then proceeded to tell me that what we paid for and he did couldn't be doneHe stated he asked us what we wanted and he did itI asked him if what we requested was not possible why was he telling me today and not last week when he did it and charged for itBoth asked well what will it take to make you happy? I stated that the work I paid $for be done properlyThen I also said I would like the owner to me us hereHis call to *** *** was answered and I was told he'd call me if the meeting was over by The men left with material I had paid forMy husband then called them to return the switches which they refused to doThere has been no contact since except for the voicemail I left in regards to the check.Thank You,*** *** * *** *** *** ** *** *** ***
