Hired this photographer to take our wedding pictures on July 15th. Have not got one picture back yet. Can never get in contact with ([redacted]).

We put a 500.00 down pymnt for the Pictures for our wedding. This is on the contract as non refundable. The customer service is absolutley horrific can never get in contact with the owner takes days and weeks. The amount paid up to this point is around 2,500.00. He has not tried to contact us to let us know what the status is of the pictures, in contract it says pictures will take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery has been 15 weeks. My wife has tried to contact the owner on facebook does not respond but he is always on facebook. He sent the pictures to us to look at through email we had to download each individual picture to look at them was very unproffessional. Should have been on a CD or had us both go in and decide which pictures we like. We have not seen or talked to ([redacted]) since july 15. Some pictures were missing in the email that he sent us we don't know if they were lost or if he just forgot to send those photos. Overall we payed a lot of money for the worst service imaginable and we are in the dark about when we will actually get our pictures or what the status even is.
