In addition to numerous complaints from many many consumers, I must state that the 5 star ratings are only because of the clients being of Hispanic decent.

ALFREDO C. has stated he is racist only towards myself in a email, all my statements have validity and proof son non of this is slander or bashing a Corrupted so called "CON"tractor which in a text he sent me a month after starting the damages or I should say work on my home
stating he was a BAD contractor.

As ignorant as it may be he in addition sent me a picture text saying

"Go ahead tell the world I am a scammer and a crook, ---k the Government and go cry like a B----h to contact 6..

To validate his true character he has also by public court records list a multitude of felony convictions, warrants and was responsible for provable death threats with intent along with three mugshots listed on the internet..

He feels he is a new person because he has comercial contracts presently and spent money to make his teeth white

Unfortunately some people are still the same ole person under the fake visual persona I must say..

I will admit I and many others have verbally threatened and insulted this individual in some of the most unspeakable ways and many have taken him to court and won..

I have a deposit for materials Dec 19 2019 which he stoled from me
and work began Sept 22 2020 and all the months prior to start date he would never tell me how much the cost would be until
four days before work began..

I was promised after four weeks of incompletion that all work would be completed by October 24 or 25th and my roof was left abandoned with tarp covering rednecking and protective paper which some of it got blown off by wind, snow and rain for 8 months..

Even though he is a proven criminal, his staff blinds their self to his actions because they are no better than he is and they just want to get paid..

The business even tries to actually accuse me of doing wrong for the extensive pressure I casted upon them...

Before Alfredo C started the work I stated
"Do not lie or try to trick or play games with me or you will regret it"

Well look what happened..

I have already started a book I am authoring titled "All I wanted was my roof done"

Be careful who you choose to hire and do background checks and if the business does sub contracting please get the names of all people involved..

At "Ateam roofing" in Milwaukee they try to remain anonymous behind emails and falsify alot of info on their ZOOM info profile so don't be fooled..

Super unprofessional

One would think a business would be concerned about consumers if they had a proven issue with work performance, integrity or theft of a consumers paid for property...

Nope...

By far hiring a shrine circus of people dressed up like clowns would have impressed me more than the results I received...

Only half the work was done, I caught the owner Alfredo C. Trying to cheat me out of rednecking my roof, stoled all the money for the shingles I paid for, intentionally damaged my roof from psychological issues, removed tread boards to hide the damage he caused them told me he would of "k----ed" someone if they did that to him..

They crew left all the torn off shingles in front of my mail box and my mail was not delivered, there was debris left on the lower roof that I complained about but they did not care and I had to clean it up myself..any others complained amd this business is all over the court site for money owed...

Alfredo C. said he was a racist only with me and he would only pay all the other victims before he would ever refund me
100 percent, I have all his statements in text but I will spare the community because I will never get over how their service has affected me..

I received many harmful weapon threats and the business staff stopped responding because they knew it all was true,, I had to pay additional money to hire a worthy source to complete what the contract promised but did not do, I had to beg for money back which took him 3 years to pay while he gambled at casino, I was then promised free work to compensate for the percentage of work that was not done but Alfredo C. said his workers wanted to cause damage, so I asked for the value of that work to also be refunded after agreement was made only covering the additional amount I came out of pocket with because he only did 50 percent of thee original contract...

I mean I lost it with my tongue of anger and disappointment and all of us victims will be affected by the service we received, he told me he did not care what he did to people because at that time business was slow and he only wanted to see how much money he could make..

All of us say the same thing at the time of service which was "they come by and hardly do any work but only wanted the payments agreed upon.."

For some reason they singled me out because I was VERY bold and courageous to stand up for what is fair by contractual agreement and they have earned the name
"Breach of contract "

Alfredo C apologized many times and was gonna do the unfinished work but because of so many contradictions I lost trust of thinking even more damage would be done

I even offered hime hospitality and food and all he and his partner did was throw the garbage on my lawn with no thank you..

My experience was devastating and I said some horrible things because of it , it's hard to get over this when your home and wallet is violated and there is still tons more to relay but out of respect I won't go there..

from Sept 22 2020 to December 5th 2022

Horrible business and unfortunately most of the people are too...

On 5/7/2020, I paid ***, owner of A-Team Roofing a total of $8,448.00 for full tear off and replacement of house and garage roof shingles. This cost also included Complete gutter system install. *** team assured us this would be complete within one week, however they were no call no show several days in a row, and came and went as they pleased, the project took a total of four weeks for completion.
They neglected to add down spouts to the gutters on the garage as well as neglected to add a down spout to the rear of the house, as agreed upon in the services.
The company also neglected to replace rotted wood on the roof prior to installing the gutters, this too was agreed upon in the services.

We placed multiple calls and texts to *** who said time and time again they would be out to complete or they would refund some of the money, *** and his team never returned and has since stopped responding.

I hired A-Team roofing to do a complete roof, skylight, gutter replacement and a chimney repair. The main roofing/skylight/chimney job was signed on March 5th. I gave Alfredo half down ($7,200.00) for the roofing job and was contacted about a week later asking for more money. I gave Alfredo another $1,300.00 to cover the skylights. They finally showed up about a month later. They would do a half a days worth the work, showing up after 11am or later. They only worked a full day a couple of times. During the tear off it was discovered that the chimney needed to be rebuilt. I agreed to have Alfredo do the repair and stone work. This was another $5,200.00.
I was told many times that the crew would be out tomorrow and then they would never show. In this 3+ month span, we got a couple of hard rains (May 13, 2020 was the major one). We had rain coming in around 4 of the skylights. This caused $12K in damage to our interior woodwork and flooring. I contacted my insurance company to take care of this. We are going to start repairs this week June 15th. and the roof is not finished and the new skylights are not installed. This has been a very frustrating project to say the least.

I hired A Team Roofing to put a new roof on a 1000 sq ft ranch house. They promised it was done and urgently wanted to meet to get payment. I had another appointment so I foolishly met with them without verifying the job was complete. It was not complete. I've been trying to get them back to finish for 5 months. After begging, pleading, reasoning, threatening, I did get them back a couple times but they only pushed the job along a bit and then left again leaving me to repeat the process. They are not finished with my roofing job.

A - Team is A+. Will *** was fantastic to work with. Honest and great communication.

Alfredo and the ATeam came out and fixed my leak. The leak that's been dripping for 3 weeks in my bathroom. Thank you guys did a good job. I would definitely use their services again. I would highly suggest others do to good job ATeam.

Despite being paid in full for a roof job and gutters completed back in the beginning of June that were in the signed contract by both of us, A-team roofing has not paid the Gutter Company despite being served certified letters and called many times. As a result, the Gutter Company is threatening to put a lien on my property.

I hired A Team roofing company to replace part of my roof. I met with the owner *** and we agreed to job being done for $1800 , plus materials. I only needed half of the roof done, because the year prior I got the fist half completed from another company. I decided to give *** my business because of his pricing, and he was recommended by family members. I gave him a down payment $900 10/4/18, then on 10/21/18 I purchased my materials $1419.03 from Menards. *** picked up these materials and said he was ready to do my roof the following weekend. My roof never got completed and since it was close to winter *** kept assuring me I would be the taken care of expeditiously one spring arrived. *** is also a relative to one of my relatives thru marriage, so I totally trusted him with this being done. Well that has not happened, there has been no work done to my roof. There where many times I called or text him and got no replies. When I did get a reply it was an empty promise. I asked for my money to be returned and had people reach out to him, and still nothing to this day. I am so distraught because now my roof is leaking, and I do not have the money to pay someone else to get this repaired.

On June 10, 2018, we met with *** Castro to contract his business to replace our gutters. We paid in full the same day. We received a receipt with the date the job was scheduled to be completed. *** informed us that he will stop at our house on June 13th to evaluate our gutters. On June 13th, *** never stopped by. We contacted him on June 20 and June 25. He responded that he had ran into some personal issues, but he will stop by our house to look at the gutters. We never heard from him so we contacted him again on July 10, July 15, July 23, and August 6. On August 13, 2018, *** sends a picture of our gutters, in which he replaced the gutters in the front and the front side of the house. He did not contact us to let us know what time he was going to be there so we were not aware that he was going to be onsite. When we returned to our house, the gutters in the front and front side of the house were replaced, but *** and his crew left all the old gutter parts in our yard. They did not clean it up or dispose of it. We checked our gutters located in our backyard and none of the gutters were replaced as we had agreed on. We thought they were going to come back and finish the job and pick up the gutters, but we never heard from ***. We contacted him on August 26 and could not get a hold of him so we sent him an email stating our dissatisfaction and our demand that he complete the job and replace the gutters located in the backyard. *** responded via email stating he will have his crew work on completing the job on August 27th. *** was unable to give us an estimated time of when we could expect them to be at our house. We emailed *** August 27th for a follow up and he stated his crew was going to be at the house at 2 pm to finish the job and to pick up the old gutters. On August 27th, *** and his crew did not show up. *** stated via email that he was running late due to needing to stop at Menards. However, he never came. We also spoke with *** on the phone discussing our need for the job to be completed. *** was extremely apologetic and confirmed that he will complete the job. We sent another demand email for *** to complete the job and we contacted *** via phone in which we discussed our need for the job to be completed. *** was extremely apologetic and confirmed that he will complete the job and will do whatever it takes to keep up happy and satisfy. *** responded that his crew will be at our house at 9 am on August 28th. He sent a follow up email at 10:43 am stating that the gutters were completed and the old gutters were disposed. Again, the gutters were not completed. We gave clear instructions to *** via email and phone on how to access the back yard. *** responded that he was not aware of any backyard gutters that needed to be replaced, which was clearly stated in the email and over the phone. We sent pictures of the backyard gutters to *** on August 28th and he responded he will try to get someone to complete the job. No one came. *** confirmed he has the supplies, but due to the rain, we needed to wait as it can affect the seal. We continue to send follow up emails to *** throughout the end of August in which on August 29th he stated he wanted to finish the job correctly. On August 31st, *** stated he has us on the schedule. On September 7, 2018, *** sends a follow up email stating that due to the massive rain he was backed up and is scheduling installation in the next 2 to 3 days. On September 12, 2018, we sent *** a follow up email about out gutters and he responded that he will schedule and complete it in the next 72 hours. We have not heard from *** since then and our gutters have not been replaced. We contacted *** via email on October 11 and have not received any responses. It has now been over 2 months and nothing has been completed.

Great Service! I had a bad leak on my back porch and they got the job done quick, while it rained. They even explained everything on how it works and what to look for, since my home is very old. Thank you again A Team for helping me! Especially on a Holiday.

In the beginning, it was wonderful working with the owner - Alfredo. He was responsive, accommodating, trust-worthy, and seemed to be about good business. When he and his team was close to finishing our roof, he called us and said that he's going out of town, but needed to pay his staff. He told us that he need the remainder of the money on that same day. Since he'd been so trustworthy up through that point, we said ok--paid he and his team in full. That was the last day that we saw Alfredo or his team again. The job was never finished, he removed and stole our gutters, and he left roofing materials and trash all over my yard. As a result, I was fined by the city for both the roofing issue and for the trash in my yard. I also have to pay to get new gutters. Nothing was wrong with my old ones and they should have been put back after the work was done. The project was never finished. I called and texted Alfredo repeatedly. He blocked my number. I called from another number--he picked up--apologized profusely and then asked when he could come back and finish the work. He set a date and never showed. Again....I tried repeatedly to call and text....no response. I finally threatened to take him to court. He started responding again.....only to try to defend himself. He said, for the last time, that he was busy, but he will make good on finishing the job. It never happened. I would NEVER use his services again and would encourage you not to either.
