Review: In December of 2012 I gave the owner of Atec, [redacted], checks totaling $9,000. as a deposit for a new roof on my property. Approximately three weeks later it became apparent that Mr. [redacted] was leaving the state. I attempted to contact him repeatedly and he would not answer my calls or respond to my text messages. I believe he has returned to the state but he has still not contacted me. This is on record with the police and there is currently a warrant for his arrest.
Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the original $9,000. plus repair costs resulting from subsequent water damage.
