8/3=Business said this customer approached him for a "finder's fee" or "referral fee" for the job done next door to his, and business does not supply that. Business said the leak is in the soffits, not the gutters. This customer needs a new roof. Business will settle the matter with a $300 refund.

Mr. Adams said he is willing to send a crew out to address repair issues but declines to give a refund.

3/7/16 Due to the bad weather last week, we could not get the job done. We will come out this week to do it.

[redacted] said he was aware of the complaint and asked for the cu's name and address. He said he will go back this week by Friday and attach flashing on the cellar door.

The gutters are cut too short and one of them has 3 leaks in it, which I have had to patch up to keep the water out of my house. And no one has contacted me at all. They did a lousy job both gutters on the front and back are too short."
