A-Tech carefully reviewed Mrs.*** ***'s complaint to the Revdex.com and with all due respect we deny these allegations A-Tech Plumbing & HVAC-R was called in by Mrs*** *** requesting an estimate to replace wall heater at her residence, we provided her with an estimate to
install a Cozy counterflow wall heater model#CF653A which she acceptedA-Tech purchased unit on 10/13/directly from *** *** company which is a local supply company and was installed the same dayOur licensed contractor and Owner of A-Tech; Samuel Z*** III who was the one who installed this unit has yrsexperience in this field and has repaired and installed many wall heaters, Sam is confident he made no mistakes when installing this unitWe called in for Inspection to the city unit passed and was green taggedMrs.*** did call us stating after turning on the furnace she would hear a loud boom noise, our contractor did respond to this issue in a prompt matterWhen arrived at her residence he did a complete inspection, he checked all connections/wiring and were all connected properly, he then inspected firebox for any ruptures and none were found, he lit furnace, checked burner flame and found a good blue flame, everything checked offMrs*** called several times again with the same complaint and we returned againMrs.*** had told the contractor on one of the callbacks that she had someone look at it and that they told her that it had a delay ignition, our contractor went back to her residence we pulled the pilot had it inspected for a delay ignition and no delay was foundWe never told her the pilot was defective or that we weren't going to pay for the partOn another occasion the contractor Sam went back again when her son was there too and still heard nothingMrs.*** said we did not want to stay which is untrue, every time our contractor and our other workers were sent out they stayed the appropriate amount of time to be able to hear this noise from the moment it turns on as Mrs.*** would indicateThe contractor tried to contact Cozy's support team while at her house but was never able to get through, we were informed by Cozy that they were experiencing a shortage of techsOn another occasion while at her residence the contractor pulled out the Manufacturers Troubleshooting manual to make sure he covered all his steps and ruled out all possible problemsOur office manager Rebecca contacted Cozy's support team and was able to finally get a live tech on the line, she then conferenced in Mrs.*** with the tech so that she can explain it to the tech herself, after Mrs.*** explained the problem Rebecca also explained to the tech of the many times we have gone and found no problems and that this may be a faulty unit, Cozy disagreed and stated it would not be considered a warranty claimA-Tech's hands are tied, we spent many labor hours going for the same reason and still not finding or hearing any issuesA-Tech has been more then cooperative with Mrs.*** on this matter there just isn't much more we can do
