I [redacted] Ram [redacted], would like to file a formal complaint against the above named auto repair company, together with it's owner, namely Mr [redacted] who has showed absolute negligence in performing repairs to my automobile. In September, 2012 I gave my car to this auto repair company, for fixing the alternator and fan belt in my green Cardillacfor which I paid $180.00 to [redacted] the owner of this auto repair company. The Car was in the garage for 2 weeks, when I brought the car back after repairs it kept making the same sound as it was before repairs. I contacted the owner and he told me to get the car back and he will fix the fault as he felt that his workers forgot to tighten the fan belt. I told him that I was going for a pilgrimage tour to India and will bring the car back after my return from India. I took the car back to the garage in the mid of December , 2012 upon my return from India and left it there to befixed.

Since then I have been calling him tofind out if my car wasfixed, he use to give me all sorts of lame excuses that he was busy in moving is auto repair shop to a different location and will have me informed once the repairs were done.

I have been calling him lately but there was no answer so I went personally to his auto repair shop and was shocked to see the area deserted and only my car was parked outside. Upon enquiries I learnt that he moved to 8131 Belvedere Avenue.

After getting his new phone number from one of his friends I called him on (916) XXX-XXXX and he answered but told me the car is still not fixed. It is now a month and a half but the car is still not fixed for which the money is already paid and now I find out that the console box for my car is also damaged by his employer and not fix too and I am very frustrated.
