On Oct.28,2015, I had [redacted] from A-Tek Appliance Service come out and fix a problem I was having with my [redacted] Gas Stove. 2of 4 burners were not lighting.[redacted] said he had to orders parts and I had to pay $250.58 up front for service. I paid in full with a check that he cashed. Three weeks later I still hadn't heard from him so I called. He said he would be out next week, Nov. 12,2015. He came out, changed out some parts, and it still was not lighting. He said he ordered the wrong part and had to re order.I have made several attempts to call since then and there has been no response. The complaint is true, but not on purpose. there were mistakes on my part and she fell through the cracks. I will make it right and it want cost her anything else. This happened 10/28/15. Since there is no other to repair this commercial brand stove/oven, since I only had one burner working since he worked on it. I have since then purchased s new one. The only response I will except is full reimbursement of the 270.00 I paid up front for service.
