A Tiempo Cargo

Terrible son de lo peor. Ya me había pasado una vez y de boba seguí enviando por que cerca no había otro lugar. Pero esta vez se pasaron mande una caja en la cual hiba un nitendo y me la detuvieron por que siguen ellos me cobraron 104 dólares más de seguro para liberarla por que el Nintendo solo valía 200 y para colmo llego la caja sin el Nintendo y hice el reclamo y me dicen que no procede. Cuando la caja se abrió delante de la persona que la entrego y este hizo fotos y vídeos para la compañía.. Esto ya es un robo de lo más descarado. No recomiendo esta compañía son de lo más ratas que hay.

I used this company to send a box to Colombia on July 27th. A month after my box never arrived and the nightmare begun, I started calling them to find out what was going on and they started ditching my calls, and lying to me. The person in Colombia that I sent the box to contacted the manager of the company *** ( I tried talking to him and he never answered me) and this guy started to lye to her, saying that the box was retained by customs in Colombia. Then after another month of no answers or box he finally admitted that the box never left USA, so that meant that they lost it in their store or even worst, they stole it. But that wasn't the end, I needed to claim the insurance money that will never replace the sentimental value of my box, and all the time that I lost trying to find what happened with the package, and again it was the same game. No answer, putting you on hold, it was like I was begging for something that they did. Finally I got $100 back bu take into consideration that I payed $55 to send the package, so towards the end they disappeared my package in their office, played with my time and the feelings of my family that were expecting the package and lied to me. I don't think is fair with the costumers to go through this and then I found out reviews online that they are doing the same to them. This is not a reliable company and someone has to do something about it

I sent a box with them to Venezuela, they made me buy insurance to insure the merchandise that went inside. the box arrived at its destination open and without some clothes, with an approximate value of $ 180. When I call to make the claim they tell me that their claims take more than 20 days and that if I do not have photos of the garments that got lost they can not do anything. I ask for the insurance and they tell me that it was not covered, which if they had offered me at the time of sending the boxes, otherwise I would not have bought it. I feel really scammed!
