Review: Had two garage doors installed a while back, never really checked until last week as I bought two garage door openers.
The installation of both my doors was done, let's call it poorly. Nothing seems to be plum or straight or level. Large gaps between door and frame.
Hinges and wheels keep breaking. Decided to not install the openers and call service instead.
The guy laughed at me claiming that I had no idea what I was talking about! I called again, left a message, then emailed to ask for an apology, and to schedule service.
No response. Terrible serviceDesired Settlement: As mentioned I'd like an apology, a scheduled service call so he can see first hand what I am talking about.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint.
I have phone and email records that show proof of communication!
The original contractor on this Job was [redacted], who can also vouch for the install!

Response:
According to the complaint, the install took place 6 years ago. We have never been contacted about faulty installation over the last 6 years until recently. If this gentleman can provide a receipt for our services we will be happy to assist him with any repairs necessary. However, any services at this time would be subject to applicable service call charges as any warranty period would have expired.

Well, we are getting closer to admitting, and yes, the install was almost 6 years ago. And again - it was NOT an issue until I tried to install openers and started looking into this issue.
Apparently Jerry, the contractor never checked this either. BAD Saturday install.
The vertical tracks are not PLUMB, never have been, bolts missing. The vertical tracks are not level nor square.
I will fix this myself, not an issue, that way I know it will be done correctly.
Also: I do not want any repairs, nor any money back! I simply want an apology for lying, for calling me a liar and for laughing at me on the phone on Monday.
Very BAD business decision.
