Review: I purchased a used washer and dryer from this company from [redacted] on March 26, 2015. They were delivered on March 30, 2015. There is a 60 day warranty on the products. On April 10, 2015 they came to pick up the dryer due to malfunction. The heating element would not turn off and I was afraid it may cause a fire. I was told by [redacted], the delivery person, that it should be repaired and returned in a few days. I did not hear from anyone for quite some time so I started calling the company. I left at least a dozen messages and several emails. I drove to the business but was told [redacted] was out and would call me back. As of today, I have not heard a word from anyone about the dryer. I am a retired person on social security and cannot afford to lose any money. I paid a total of $337.00 for both appliances. Can you help please.Desired Settlement: I paid $300 for the washer and dryer,$30 for delivery and $7.00 for dryer vent hose. I will settle for $150.00 for the dryer.
