Hello MrZachary Wheeler,We are in receipt of a complaint letter from your office, our explanation is as follows.We were doing an accident repair on the above mentioned car when Mr [redacted] ***who was visiting the mechanic shop next door (Japanese Car Master ) saw this Car, he came to our shop andoffered to buy the Benz S500.We appraised to him that we are repairing it for accident damage and he can contact the owner of the CarWe gave him the owners informationMr [redacted] bought the car from the previous owner on his own terms as isWe were instructed to release the car to Mr [redacted] when body work completed.We released the Car to Mr [redacted] ***, he took the car and brought it back saying it was overheating.We explained to Mr [redacted] that we did the body work and if it had mechanical issues we don't know about itand will not be responsible.The mechanic next door Mr***, [redacted] 's friend felt bad for him as body shop had nothing to do with overheating he agreed to help him on the side, as doing as a ticket item it would be very expensive.The Car developed some problems after they replaced the engine.Body Shop had repaired and released the Car to Mr [redacted] and he took the possession.We will be responsible for any flaw in our workmanship or body work.Please feel free to call if any questions Thanks for your help and support [redacted]
