A To Z Auto Sound

Review: On May *, 2012 I purchased an I-Pod Box for installation into my Acura MDX 2006 SUV. The box was installed. The installed box worked for approximetly seven months after which time it ceased to function. I returned to the above mentioned place of purchase- A to Z auto, to be told to return at agreed upon times and days for the system to be "serviced". Each and everytime the serviceman/owner would tell me either he was too busy or come back another day. I did this on numerous occasions for months on end. Finally, on March ** I went to the establishment and the serviceman/owner removed the IPOD box and reported that it was defected and needed to be replaced. Again I was instructed to come back on March **, 2013 which I did at the appointed hour and the establishment was not open. I waited until somone came to open up. Again I was told to wait, no "go shopping for an hour and come back while he worked on another car that arrived after me. I demanded that something be done as I was utilizing a large amount of time waiting and coming back and forth to the establishment month after month. At this point a worker agreed to install the box in about 45minutes the owner/serviceman arrived to tel me after about 15minutes that it was the wrong part and I would need to come back yet another day. I was in tears at being treated this way. I told the werviceman/owner in no uncertain terms I felt this was poor service and I was being treated unjustly. I informed him it was unfair to expect me, month after month to keep coming back and forth and not getting any results or more importantly, not getting the part that I paid 160.00 for. It had become apparent that these serviceman were not qualified to perform the service I paid for. In addition when removing the front panel from my vechicle the dasy was chipped noticeably.Desired Settlement: An equitable settlement for me will be to immediately obtain the replacement part (New IPOD BOX) in original package and have it installed by a reputable authorized dealer of my choice.
