I purchased a scooter on 3/24/and I've been having problems ever since took scooter back or times since I had it the last time I left for him to look at the bike I had to have it towed because it would not startI am under a day Warranty per MrK [redacted] , so he called me and told me that the engine was blown and he had to pay for a new motor which costs him $380.00, and I needed to come up with the money somehow I told him I didn't have that kind of money and that I was under warranty he stated"I needed to help him out with the cost, at least half." first of all I never told him to put a different motor on it, or at least he could have called me first to let me know what he was doing before he did itas of today 4/12/my scooter is still in his possession

Review: I purchased a scooter on 3/24/2016 and I've been having problems ever since took scooter back 5 or 6 times since I had it the last time I left for him to look at the bike I had to have it towed because it would not start. I am under a 30 day Warranty per Mr. K[redacted], so he called me and told me that the engine was blown and he had to pay for a new motor which costs him $380.00, and I needed to come up with the money somehow I told him I didn't have that kind of money and that I was under warranty he stated. "I needed to help him out with the cost, at least half." first of all I never told him to put a different motor on it, or at least he could have called me first to let me know what he was doing before he did it. as of today 4/12/2016 my scooter is still in his possession.Desired Settlement: I think this business should honor his word and let customers know what's going on before hand.
