Review: He changed my initial plan and ordered larger cabinets. He said I needed larger cabinets. He also ordered bigger cabinets with drawers costing me more money. I wasn't aware of this until the cabinets came. He told me if the his contractor had to come to my house to look at what was ordered, I would have to pay him 150.00. I thought that was very unfair and rude of him. He knew we had given him all the money we had to get the cabinets. The owner refused to help me get to a solution. He was very loud and agrumentive causing me to raise my blood pressure.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the right size cabinets so that my kitchen is complete.

I am rejecting this response because:

He ordered the wrong cabinets. I need to exchange the cabinets for the right sizes or a refund of the cabinet purchases. [redacted] did not check that the order was correct. I had know idea of what I was got until the cabinets were put together. [redacted] was very upset that I was not using his workman to install the cabinets. I told him that we could not afford to have someone els do it. So he told me to figure it out myself. This was very unprofessoinal of him as, he offered me poor customer service. Now I'm left with extra cabinets that I don't have wall space for. He was paid cash upfront for the cabinets. I need the right sizes or, my money back. I would really prefer the right size cabinets.

Thank you for calling me back. Regarding **.[redacted]. I did not order anything wrong. I sagest her instead of 4 cabinets 12 inches you can get 2 cabinets 24 inches which is cheaper and also get you more space, she agree to that and I order it even I mention to her since you have your own installer you discussed with him or bring him to store so he see everything. She told me he check everything with her installer and everything is good and he knows what he is doing. I told her since she has her own installer we just order the cabinets but if we install it we would be responsible for everything , she initial and sign for everything if you need to see her contract with signature and her initial I can provided to you. It is obvious that this man does not want to help me. He ordered the cabinets he thought was fit for my kitchen and now I am stuck with too many wrong sized cabinets. I'm getting no where with a resolution. I would like the number to the cabinet company so that I could speak with them myself. Please give me the number to the place where the cabinets were ordered.
