on 5/17/16 I purchased a mobile cell phone along with a blue tooth compatible radio. I did not like the color (RED) Salesperson [redacted] told me to take the red one he had on display. Said come back in 2 days. I promise you I will hold a (PINK) one for you. Came back to the store. And I was told that the speaker on All the pink radios is faulty. That he will call me. I said ok than give me a (Blue) one. I'm sorry I don't have any blue ones. Come back tomorrow. Now my cell phone doesn't work. The caller can not hear me when I answer my phone. So on about 5/25/16. I tell salesperson ([redacted]) that I can not hear my caller on the phone. So he tells me to go home and bring the box the phone came in b/c the District manager says HE is bothering her. And he can give me another phone by going around her. I walk with a cane total time so far is approximately 8 hours. Between taking care of other costumers walking in after me. So he gives me a 2nd phone. And now I can not hear my voice messages. I come back in the store. He salesperson tells me to dial my phone. I say no I want a refund. He calls [redacted]. She says no refunds. Call the warranty customer service for a refund. Now the phone is purple and blue. Can't make or receive any phone calls. The face is grey. Never dropped the phone. It is waterproof. I had my previous phone [redacted] purchased in [redacted] for 3 years. no problems. And b/c the display over their store reads [redacted]. I never thought I would have this kind of encounter. AND my ORIGINAL receipt does not SAY NO REFUNDS. I would not have purchased it. No signs posted in their store to say NO refunds. My cousin took pictures. The district manager never came to the phone. To apologize for any inconvenience.Product_Or_Service: phoneDesired SettlementI will not shop in this store. It is poor customer relations. I am a nurse for 45 years. If I was to treat a patient (who) is a consumer. I would have lost my job and license to practice. I want my complete refund. So I could feel whole and complete.
