[redacted] After the business...[redacted] had done the upstairs floors in a very dark color with no heat in the home as he had spread poliurathane freely all over the upstairs with no heat in the house to dry....I told him I would just have to live with th upstairs but I told him he was NOT TO TOUCH the downstairs floors at all! This man and his crew never got the electric or the water turned on in the home aand I had to move in w ith it like this and do t he plumbing and buy all the plumbing parts, including the water heater out of my own pocket and call to have the services turned on! He messed the kitchen floor totally up by using spray glue for carpet pad to glue the tile to the floor and it seeped out of the cracks! After I got the water turned on we had a major flood and that is when we discovered that the water lines to the upstairs were taken apart and sprayed with foam as ones in the basement! He was told after the upstairs floors were done without consulting me about the color and I hated it that he was not to touch the downstairs floors! He did them anyway and they are a mess to this day! The dark stain will never come off of them! I had beautiful mahogony woodwork and wanted the floors to match! Why would I want coffee bean black on the floors? We discovered spray foam in the floor under the frig when we put the new floor in! This man was supposed to use the first draw for materials and to do the home and he was told over and over he had to use liscensed persons for the electric and plumbing and he showed up here with brand new propane generators. etc. and screwed up the elec. and the plumbing and therefore the lisensed electrician to fix his mess ups came out of my funds! He is rediculous in saying I wanted the funds to get apliances! I had an escrow account waiting to do that with but since he spent all my funds and got me second hand toilets that aren't even right, etc. He just kept saying he had to pay his employees but they were to do the home and then get a $[redacted] paycheck when the home is done! He had $[redacted] in funds to do my roof but he had never been on my roof and wanted to just do the roof anyway! I said no! Where the heck is that $[redacted]! Since this man is insisting that I am so messed up on this matter, we can ask him where the $[redacted] is and tell him it costed me over $[redacted] to replace my floors and over $[redacted] for plumbing parts and a water heater not including the $[redacted] he paid the liscensed electrician to fix what he messed up and then the fact that the bid said he would replace all cracked sidewalks but the 5 pieces he replaced are not done right and there are plenty of pieces of cracked sidewalks! The list goes on and I only asked about the $[redacted] for the roof! I am still recovering! The window he was supposed to replace that was the one that was broken into when the plumbing, etc. was taken...just got fixed yesterday! When I hired him...my job was the only one he had but as soon as he got this job he started saying he had 6 more jobs in dayton and I am bout sure he had no electric there so this may be why he never wanted my electric on so he ran out and bought propane heaters, etc. with my funds and left me out in the cold literally! He needs to get it right! I have lready contacted an attorney on this matter and he needs to know that it is against the law to treat senior citizens in this manner! I am a senior citizen!
Per Mr. [redacted]: business bid the job, with bank business would get two draws to cover the job of $[redacted], business never got paid for the job, he started to job, repaired electric lines and replace copper wire which all of these were stolen, business was not hired to...
fix frozen water lines as customer thought he was supposed to. Mr. [redacted] stated that permits are not necessary when repairing parts of the home, he was supposed to stain the floors as well, told her that they would go with a darker color because all of the marks would show, customer agreed with the color, customer thought the business was supposed to fill the cracks in the wood floors, what made the customer upset is that the check was addressed to the business and not the customer, she wanted the money to get appliances for the home, sub-contracted the a/c job to an outside company and customer didn't want that to happen anymore because she wanted to take that money to buy appliances, customer was under the entire outside of the home was going to be painted for $** dollars, customer was upset because the business did not put in a water heater but it wasn't done because it was not in the bid for job, business was never paid for this job at all.
