My company, DH Marketing in Lago Vista, Texas located a local office from the A to Z Copiers nagional website to repair one of our copiersWe contacted Sam J [redacted] with A to Z Copiers at the Cedar Park, Texas locationOn June 19th he worked on our copier at our offices and informed us that he could repair it for $He informed our office manager that he had to order parts When the parts were available in a couple of days he came back to our offices to repair the copierAt that time he told my office manager that our copier worked on black and white copies only If we wanted to use color he said that he could repair it for an additional $Then Sam J [redacted] with A to Z Copiers, informed my office manager that he had some very nice used copiers and perhaps we would rather have one of thoseThis is classic "Bait and Switch"To make matters worse nothing on our copier works nowWe cannot send or receive faxes, we cannot scan documents and we cannot copy anythingIt has a message on the screen that says "Call for serviceCode: H5-01" When I called Sam J [redacted] with A to Z Copiers this morning all that he wanted to do was deny that he had anything to do with any of this but he is the only one to touch this equipment

Then Sam J[redacted] with A to Z Copiers, informed my office manager that he had some very nice used copiers and perhaps we would rather have one of those.
This is classic "Bait and Switch". To make matters worse nothing on our copier works now. We cannot send or receive faxes, we cannot scan documents and we cannot copy anything. It has a message on the screen that says "Call for service.
