Business said he did not have contact with the customer's insurance company because the customer sent the letter of completion themselves. If the work was not done or completed, why did the customer send the letter of completion to the insurance company? Customer has kept insurance money and not had...

certain interior work done. Interior work was not part of his scope. The roof work was completed to the customer's satisfaction since they signed off on it. Business has no more responsibility with this matter.
