My name is *** *** and I own Savvy Seconds a consignment boutique in WaukeshaI have been in business for almost years and have worked hard to be where I am todayI love my customers and working with them from day to dayI received a letter in the mail from The Revdex.com in
reference to a claim from *** ** ***I want to reassure you that I was so concerned with this letter that I was confused because she received her dress backShe is also claiming that we received a bag with the privacy panel and some straps, unfortunately I never saw these items come in with the dressIf an item comes in with any other accessories they are usually returned back to the consignor right away because the girls do not want the privacy panels or strapsIf for some reason they insist on selling the items with the dress then the items are kept with the dress at all timesOn occasion we have kept the privacy panels the people don't want in a bag, and I did have her check there in case she saw something that looked like hers.I have contacted my friend who owns a full brand new retail dress establishment and he has told me that I can stop by today, Wednesday June 24th after work to pick up a white privacy panel and some matching straps for herI have called *** *** and left a message letting her know that she is more than welcome to come with me today after work to match up the items to her dress. I am doing everything in my power to accommodate *** I am able to show you a picture of what the back of a dress looks like fully laced up, and to show you that a privacy panel is not needed to sell any dressI buy wholesale and I buy those dresses all day for $Unfortunately the prom season was over when she said she was able to sell her dress, and I had her dress priced at $I told her when she brought her dress in that it was a beautiful dress but might be a little hard to sell because it was white and mermaid (which is harder for girls to fit)Many of the girls during prom season are looking for the lighter pastel colors and white is too much like matrimony. Again to close...I am going tonight after work to pick up the necessary items to accommodate *** so that she is happy*** has called me back and is not willing to meet me at my friends store because she doesn't want to waste the gas moneyI told her that is fine and I will pick the one I believe to be the closest match and mail her the items.Thank you.*** ***

I so not accept the response because I know what I gave her with the dress and she as well. Also she is trying to cover up that she lost the privacy panel and straps. And for her to state that I can sale the dress without them is rediculous! The young lady that I was saleing the dress to wanted the privacy panel and the straps. Yes I talked to her the phone and like I told her I did not want I waste my gas. Because I did not feel like I should have to go the extra mile for something that I didn't lose!!! She lost them and now she wants me to meet her at another store to get another one. That should be up to her to do that and mail it to me. As of today I have not received anything in the mail. I want my piracy panel and straps that I gave her with the dress!!!Regards,

matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I do not accept the response made by the business to resolve this complaint.  The issue that I am having with Savy Seconds is that she is not willing to return any of our dresses that she is not able to sell in her store prior to May 11, 2017.  There is no reasonable explanation why the shop owner should have an issue with returning our dresses to us if they do not sell rather than donate them to charity.  She became very angry when I informed her that we changed our minds about the donation of the dresses and that if they do not sell we wish to pick them up and try to sell any unsold merchandise on our own.  Unless the owner of Savy Seconds is not conducting her business in an ethical manner than there should be no issue with returning any unsold items after May 11, 2017.  Lynn at Savy Seconds even went so far as to inform me that she could change the status of our dresses from "donate to charity" to "return to owner" as a courtesy, but she is not willing to extend that courtesy to us.  It seems highly suspicious to me that she would protest such a change.  In addition, when we spoke to Lynn at Savy Seconds she informed us that all donations would be made to Cinderella's Threads, but now on the copy of the contract she has written down that the dresses will be donated to The Women's Center in Waukesha.  I would be interested in contacted both of these charitble organizations personally to verify if such donations from Savy Seconds are even made.
