Review: I had two vinyl lattice fence panels to blow down abut two months ago. I contracted with A to Z to make repairs. They were here less than 45 min. & replaced 8 brackets. I recieved an invoice for $416.76 which I thought was too high but I paid it. But a week later one of the panels pulled loose from the post. The post was leaning when they first came out & they failed to reset the post. I have called them three times & they have made no effort to fix it. Please contact them for me & see if you can remedy this problem.Desired Settlement: Stand behind their work & make repairs.

I am writing this letter in reference to your fence located at [redacted] Santa Fe, TX 77510. Your fence was not originally installed by A to Z Fence Company and you called us out a couple different times to do a couple of repairs. When A to Z came out to your property we realized that the fence material used was very low quality and the installers of the original fence had poor workmanship. A to Z made the best attempt in locating the right fittings to match the materials installed by the other company. This was very difficult to do because A to Z did not know where the fence materials originally came from. A to z quoted you $385.00 plus tax to do the work in which you agreed before we started any repairs on 12/28/2012. A to Z Fence has been in business since 1979 and we strive to please every customer to the best of our ability and take great pride in the quality of our work. A to Z Fence repaired your fence to the best of our ability with the materials that the other company previously installed. We have enclosed a refund check in the full amount you were charged $416.76 which includes the tax and apologizes that our service was not to you satisfaction.
