Pool was only 1/completed by April All phones calls were ignoredThanfully, *** took over the project and was able to complete the project by June
One year out now and having problems with the footer that were poured wrong for the pool cage (we couldnt afford cage at the time)Suprise, suprise the Stabil pavers are now cracking and pittingWould never ever recommended Pools by Lagasse but would recoomend ***Unfortunately, looks like we will have to take pools by lagasse to small claims court to try to recoupe the money we have to spend to fix the inferior workmanship and products used by pools by Lagasse

I saved money to have our pool remodeled and chose the worst company ever ! They promised to fix things and never did. They sublet all work when they told me they do it all themselves, They do not answer phone calls once they have your money , Or no reply to e-mails or messages . Myself and my Wife have called and E-mailed too many times , all on record ! They also took 3 months to complete a poorly attempted pool remodel , my last house I had about the same work done and they took 2 weeks and job was perfect. I will take them to court and sue , but now I have to find a company to redo all the pebbletech finish and fix leaking, crappy attempt of a waterfall , as I would never let them on my property ever again !!

Having been a licensed CAM and a portfolio manager for 7+ years, I'm confused as to the complaint issues here. I have dealt with some horrific contractors on projects ranging from $2500 up to $3-4 million and there were simply no concerns here. My pool was recently refurbished by Pools By LaGasse this month (September 2015) and Rob was not only responsive but indulged my questions as to each step of the process. They were timely, polite, fought valiantly through some weather issues and my pool is now spectacular. I am so pleased with my newly refurbished pool, that I am swimming in it almost daily.
