I am rejecting this response because: The contractor failed to mention the costs that we sustained due to his work. *** took all the ceiling fans out of all the rooms and did not put them back so now we have to purchase new ceiling fans. Electrical to the dryer was not done so we had to pay someone to put the outlet. Front screen door was not put back. Door in kitchen was moved due to *** not measuring cabinetry correctly and now the out side siding needs to be fixed. Cabinets in kitchen were not sanded or painted from the bottom. Cabinets from the kitchen were missing from kitchen. *** put the cabinets the way he chose because he didn't measure correctlyWall heater in the house was thrown out without permission. All of the costs of bad workmanship is totaling more that the $that is question. Yes, there was a time limit given by Ponce-- 2-week job. We lost rent of $a month for the month of July, August, Sept and now Oct.
