I was not happy The service call was so high when he finished I should have gone on Craig's list and bought a good used ice box for what I paid Than I had no problem with my on off button on the washer Now I have to use a plyers to start it They are coming back But I feel I got roobed for the service
My Condominium Association hired Testa Construction in to replace the roofing and gutters on our buildings When the work started, right from the gthere were issues They were to start one day and have the roll-off delivered For some mysterious reason the roll-off didn't arrive, BUT, they were going to just start and push the old roofing off and onto the parking-lot or lawn We did not permit them to work that day The issues went on and on When putting on the gutters some were too long, some too short, they didn't seal a single seam, or downspout, and put no braces on the downspouts During the winter, a number of the gutters leaked, and one even fell downTo date, MrTesta, has been less than helpful, he has not honored his warranties in any way, charging us for every time we asked to have some work re-done His crew on one occasion left the job on a Friday, without covering the area where the old roof had been removed, and not yet replaced It rained that day and one of our units took an amount of ceiling damage caused by their failure to cover the area properly This was never repaired by them, even though it was promised time and again
We (the Association) certainly would not recommend Testa Construction
The crew for Testa Construction was very professional. From my first request for an estimate (which I received via email within 24 hours) to receipt of my invoice, communication was regular and thorough. In addition, my new roof looks great.
