Last year the pool was remodeled and the work looked very good However I found that my skimmers did not work and the water jets could not be directed Several calls only got angry responses and although there was a one year warranty can not get even an appointment to check the problem These people are very difficult to work with

This company required a deposit of 4,to schedule us for a pool renovationThis was paid 3/29/ We were schedule 4-weeks out I contacted company May 4th,5th, and 6th I received a text on May 8th saying email app was not working so company was not able to give updates and they would be start next week May 14th No show I text on May & for an update he replied on Maysaying we were going to get the concrete cut today No show I Text again on May 24, he replied on May saying he planned on having the pool ready for coping next weekNo show again On May someone came to the house for less than min and dropped off a pump Contacted June 1,4,6,and final June 11th Contacted company requesting my deposit back Owner said he would refund the money after he "Returned" materialswe are on week and no response againThis is very frustrating We have used this company times in the past and were very pleased
