On the contrary, everything *** *** said is UNTRUE I NEVER ORDERED any blades from him I told him repeatedly, when HE CALLED ME trying to sell me blades, that I did not want them!!! *** *** sent the blades of his own accord There are also many complaints (on the internet) about *** *** and his company doing the same thing to others I have no problem sending the unwanted blades back but *** *** needs to send a return, postage paid label as I will not cover the cost of sending back an item that I never ordered

First of all [redacted], in fact, contacted me soliciting blades. I repeatedly told him I was not interested and to not send them but he insisted. We received a package of 2 blades on July **, 2016 with an invoice for $799.98. As soon as receiving the package my partner called [redacted] to...

inform him that we did not order the blades nor did we want them and was further informed that we wanted to send them back asap and to please forward a return, postage-paid, label so we could return them. At this point [redacted] become very angry and nasty, attempting to intimidate and bully my partner (who is a woman). On numerous occasions through phone calls and e-mails [redacted] was informed that we had no problem sending his merchandise back but we refuse to pay the cost of the return since our office never placed an order. As far as being professional, it is [redacted] who is extremely unprofessional using bullying tactics and fowl language to try to intimidate my partner. On 2 occasions, my partner had to hang up on [redacted] due to his abusive nature. We have no problem returning the merchandise, that we DID NOT ORDER. [redacted] simply needs to send a postage-paid return label. Case closed.

This lawn service comes in to my neighborhood at 6:30AM!! They have several people so they use a mower, weed wacker and blower all at the same time. It is deafening. I have asked them twice to come after 8AM and both times they were so rude and obviously ignored me since they have been doing this for 3 years.
