Review: A to Z Leak Detection (AtoZ) located at [redacted] #**=[redacted]. My complaint is against AtoZ for the following: 1. Undertaking repairs I did not authorize, 2. accessing my credit card without my authorization to charge for repairs I did not approve and other items for which I was unable to ascertain what the charges were for, 3. failing to provide me with invoices/reports in a timely manner, 4. failing to provide all photographs that were taken of the water damage inside my home, 5. charging for more than one visit to ascertain if there was a water leak/s in my home, 6. refusing to answer questions I had in regards to their work, 7. failing to provide me with a satisfactory report on the findings inside the wall cavity, 8. failing to provide clarification of a moisture reading done on my hardwood floor and when problems arose 9. refusing to provide me with the name and contact information for a manager or director of AtoZ whom I could contact to discuss the issues.Desired Settlement: I would like A to Z to refund the money they over charged me, to refund charges to my credit card for which they accessed without my authorization and undertaking repairs that were not authorized and to supply me with the answers to my questions so that I may update my insurance claim. I have had to place my claim on hold because A to Z refuse to send me copies of some of the photographs that were taken of water damage and provide me with the answers I need for my insurance claim.

On 8/6/13 We were called out by [redacted].
She stated that USAA Insurance referred us as a company that work directly with them and she need someone to come out to see whey her bamboo floor was wet. I ask if USAA was sending an assignment directly to us she stated that due to the fact she felt her tenant may have ,caused the damage (who were in the process of moving out) she would be paying us directly and she would be reimbursed by USAA.
