Tried to order some locks from these guys and got the bulk of the order in okay, but a couple of small items were wrong and they had to reorder. Well guess what, you get all the attention in the world when a lot of money is on the line, but when it came to completing my order they just don't care now. I've called once a week for FOUR MONTHS and I've been very polite in trying to figure out where my stuff is. No luck, they just simply don't care. Their loss because as someone who manufactures locking medical cabinets I would have ordered a lot more. But if they can't complete my order for the first one then they can't have the rest of my business either. Now I'm overdue three months completing this project just because I don't have all the locks I need. Thanks for wasting my time and making me look bad.
