I wanted to add that am months pregnant and its not fair that C&A Investments and Services,LLCwill keep the little money that I have safe up for a home that they never help me withIts just so frustratingPLEASE HELP!!!

I have had A to Z Plumbing do several different plumbing jobs for me. They did a great job replumbing my 1928 home from the old original galvanized pipe to great modern pex pipe. The job went great and passed inspections with no issues. I had a shower installed including a glass door again a great job done and great attention to detail. The most recent is having our kitchen faucet replaced again very professional and knowlegable in all aspects of their trade. they have also replaced an old water heater with a new one for us and even fixed our toilet flush parts. and changed out an undersink garbage disposal.

Review: I contacted A to Z Plumbing and Heating back on 2 October 2014. [redacted] the owner called me back and he came out to look at the heater. He said he would have someone come out to replace the circulator pump and fix the broke pipe so we could have heat and hot water. [redacted] came out and he replaced the circulator pump and fixed the pipe. We got hot water but no heat. When I called [redacted] back he told me to contact [redacted] the owner. I contacted [redacted] and he said he would send someone out but I had to keep calling back to see what was happening. [redacted] told me he was sending a guy named [redacted] out to see what the problem is and he finally came out but was unable to resolve the issue. I called over several days and was told by a lady that works in the office that this was not like him and I will have him come out today. Well that never happened. I finally reached [redacted] and I asked him if he was sending someone out that new the system and he said yes but once again no one showed. I called him back and told him that he needed to complete this job because I had already paid him in full. In result I had to hire someone else to complete the work. I ended up paying over $600 dollars with the new contractor. Filing suitDesired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the $587 that I had to pay the new contractor to complete the job.
