A to Z Prestigious Plumbing

My home warranty sent this contractor My bathroom sink faucet had some type of black mold or mildew I tried getting the part off to clean but even with a wrench it would not loosen This contractor asked me if it was spraying water I said no & he said it wasn't covered When I told him about the black stuff he tried to say it was from the water heaterHe couldn't get the part off with a wrench He said they wouldn't cover it, but he would ask On his way out he had the nerve to ask for the $fee! I refused to pay for him to spend minutes & he didn't even look at it He then told the warranty company replacing the faucet shouldn't be covered

I also had a terrible experience with this company. The owner Dererk B [redacted] was sarcastic and nasty to us when we had another problem, due to the replacement of our hot water heater. Once the replacement of the water heater was done, my washing machine was NOT getting any water to the machine. Mr. B [redacted] refused to look into this new problem without a new cost to us, that occurred after his company finished the job and stated that the fact that the washing machine was not working was a whole new problem. I had charged half ($540.00) to my credit card and had all the intention of paying the second half after the washer was repaired, but he refused to be helpful and was definitely not a good service provider. He has threatened to put a lein on my home for the balance.the next morning. I will not pay the balance until every thing that was working before his company came to replace the water heater is working again. I would strongly recommend NOT to use this company for anything related to plumbing. As a point of fact, my warranty company put us in touch with A to Z Prestigious Plumbing. If I had read the review on his website, I would have demanded to be serviced by a different plumbing company.. I strongly recommend that no one use this company for their plumbing repairs. All Mr. B [redacted] had to do was get water our washer without cost to us, and we would have willing paid the balance.. Future customers BE WARE!! Also, we are senior citizens and we felt as though they were trying to take advantage of us.

Perhaps the owner, *** ought to look at all the negative reviews he's been getting and change his attitude You just don't call people "sweetheart" It's completely disrespectful And you don't hang up on people and threaten to cancel their appointment when you get called out on your disrespectful comment

This plumber is contracted under *** *** *** which I have had for years I have had trouble in the past with *** *** and the people they send out trying to upsell This particular plumber/owner of A to Z prestigious plumbing took it to a whole new level He told me he had to collect my check before he even called *** *** ***I have had over the last years probably at least contractors to my house They never collected the check until they left my house I had several water leaks and my water had to be shut off He arrived at my house at about 6: He proceeded to take his time to check my water pressure and informed me that he probably couldn't fix my problem because I needed to install a device to reduce my water pressure That would be fine if I hadn't had a leak months ago and was never told that Also, I have the old Polybutelane piping, so I have had countless leaks and repairs Then he makes the call to *** *** *** at about 7:pm He said there was no one there to get an authorization I found out that they were available until 10:Arizona time As he left he also stated that he could not even cut into the drywall without it being tested for Asbestos and mold because of a prior leak That was another major deceit I have also had countless people from *** *** *** contractors come to my house and cut through the drywall to make a repair without such testing So why did he move beyond the wal that he saw first and then say he couldn;t do the job without testing Does he really expect me to live without water to my home while all this testing takes placeSo he basically came to my house knowing he had no intent on fixing the problem He took the check and said to keep my water turned off Obviously, I had to leave the water off There was no reason for him to come to my house that evening if he wasn't going to do anything He was a deceitful person who is using *** *** *** for business to upsell for profit
