So if you read the original complaint not only did it take over months to title my vehicle but we have had several issues with the dealer, specially MrCasey C*** on July 9th he was supposedly going to do an unwind the deal so he lead me to believe when we last where there on June 25th, yet he mocked my intelligence by trying to charge me for full price on vehicle taxes and an upside down on my trade when he was only going to pay off the current balance of the car and the only reason we where wanting to unwind the deal was because they couldn't title in a timely manner a was feed up when he tried to do a bonded title and just tired of waiting on this dealer I purchased the car back on 11/21/I think I was very patient weeks after I had the car we noticed front damage to the hood I had already complaint about that front left head lamp going off and on, they said there was nothing wrong with it but when I was told this car had been in an accident even though the car fax showed no accidents and good titleI took it back and demanded them to check the car for frame damage and repair it they did take car of the cosmetic problems by putting in a claim with there dealer insurance but Sam guarantee me no frame damage on the car In May I was in a minor accident and of course to it to a body shop for repairs my insurance covered the damage on my rear right quarter panel but I was also informed that the car was not perfectly aligned because of a prior accident on the left rear engine cradle that means frame Now originally I was even willing to let things go but after how MrC*** treated us I was very Offended and disappointed at the fact that this so called general manager instead of trying to be fair knowing that they where at fault just tried to pull the wool over my head so I basically lost my patience and this why I filed complain because no one should be lied to just to make a saleWhen I bought the car I didn't even drive out with it was left there for a week to get certified so this means if they truly certified this vehicle they would of noticed the front damage and left rear cradle damage so knowingly they sold me a wrecked car and like MrC*** said only because it was not on the car fax to bad for me! Well basically if you buy a car from auction they have to disclose frame damage, and if a ** dealer does a point inspection on there cars well they also would seen that damage so regardless if they are able to title my car after months that doesn't make all the pain and suffering and anguish go away Im still very dissatisfied with there customer service and how they do business*** *** ** *** *** was also involved and they found several violations on the dealer behalf and hope that the violations come with heft penalties from enforcement division that way they think twice and continue to conduct poor businessI have enclosed document from the insurance stating the previous damage and also have the inspection certification saying they inspected the frame!!

David Taylor Cadillac has passed the case on to our corporate offices

Mrs. [redacted] we have tried calling u over the last week and have sent u an email, please contact KC [redacted] the general manager I would like to find a way to make this right for u.

David Taylor Cadillac has been in contact with Mrs. [redacted] as we have been working thru this issue. We have received a duplicate title and have titled the car as of last week. If there are any other concerns by Mrs. [redacted] we will be happy to address them here at the dealership.

MR. Adewale has been contacted by David Taylor Cadillac and we have spoken regarding his complaint about contract misrepresentation and we have  explained once a client has given us a signed credit application we have the authority to reassign his contract to another financial institution,...

that will match the agreed terms of the contract that he signed. We also had some miscommunication issue that Mr. Adewale and David Taylor Cadillac are currently working on to resolve.

Mrs. [redacted] can contact David Taylor Cadillac for any additional resolution, unfortunately anything further will not be resolved via messages.
