July I drove [redacted] to her Drand back home, a mile trip that as her registered driver am to be paid mileage for the tripI have been contacting veyo on this issue since the trip every week at least times a week as the registration of the trip keeps failing and I do as they ask every timeI have driven miles to a library times now to send them forms and file forms on line for this tripwhich are at my costwhen I call veyo I get a different person each time and do as they askthe last weeks I have called a lot more and get a persons name but no one will connect me back with the person I have talked to beforesome are Alma, Davenow they tell me I cant get paid because it was not completed in the time limit they made upAlma even filed a complaint after that time for me and said I would be called back in or days, been a week+This is to transport in a power chair and I only get paid about $does not cover my gas cost to drive my truck, and they

I am contracted with this company and can not get paid and can not email anyone or call anyone but dispatchI can not run a company if I can not get paidEvery week its something differentTake my adviceif you wanna grow then dont work with Veyo!

I am a HCP who spent 3hrs on the phone trying to get a ride for a pt This pt already had a scheduled pick up time with Veyo, but the transportation never came Nor would the give me a time to expect pick upI called multiple times to get this resolved This is not the first time we have had this problem After wasting hours, a family member was able to come home early from work to take the pt home I would not recommend this transportation service to a pt or loved one

Veyo transport services has repeatedly sent out unauthorized drivers to our home to pick up my disabled sonI have called the company twice to cancel and complain, only to have the person argue with me that I have to send my son with the person they send I have gone on their website several times to opt out, and they continue to call and send out driversI have tried to explain many times that we have transportation needs taken care of, and they refuse to cease and desist I believe Veyo tries to steal customers from other companies, and are cheating the Medicaid system as a result

I work as a receptionist for a Mental Health facility here in BoiseWe have patients dropped off for their appointments by Veyo, and we call to schedule a pickup as soon as they arriveYesterday, an elderly gentleman was dropped off over an hour early for his appointment, which is understandableHowever, this poor man was left here alone for over hours yesterdayAfter scheduling the pickup with Terry in Customer Service for when his appointment would be over, I became concerned after a half an hour with no sign of his rideI called Veyo and spoke to Jose, who told me that the driver had cancelled the pickup, whose reason was that "his appointment wasn't until tomorrow"Jose said he would send out a driver for Immediate Pickup, but could not give me an estimated time of arrivalAfter another hour of waiting, I called again and spoke to LaurieShe said somehow the driver selected for Immediate Pickup had cancelled, with no reason givenAt this point the poor man had already missed dinner at his nursing homeI asked to talk to a supervisor, and spoke to Chris in the Escalation departmentHe couldn't tell me why the drivers had been cancelling, or why no one was notified when they didHe gave vague excuses for the drivers and claimed he would "look into it" and would send another pickup requestWe called the gentleman's nursing home at this point to come take him home, not trusting that anyone would arriveA driver finally showed up after another half an hour, blaming Veyo for sending him the wrong address for pickupHe argued with us and was very rude when we told him the Director of the nursing home was almost here to take him home and get him something to eatUnfortunately, this is not the first incident we have had with Veyo, but it was handled so unprofessionally it would be a disservice not to say anythingThey are consistently late, and it is difficult to get a response at all if a call back is requestedThe nursing home agreed that these difficulties happened almost daily, with a majority of their tenants using Veyo to get to appointmentsThere is no apparent system of discipline or culpability with their employees, who have no repercussions for cases of borderline elder abuse when they are left here for hoursWe all would like to see action taken, or their procedures changed to reflect what is best for the people they serve

Tim, the owner agreed to come out to my RV to repair my sink. I tried calling him to find out when he was coming. He didn't answer his phone so I left a voicemail. He didn't return my call. I called again and left a voicemail. Eventually he sent me a text message stating he'd call me soon. I never received a call from him so I sent him a text message asking whether he was going to show. I never received a response and he never showed. Eventually I called another service at he end of the day and scheduled them. I texted him to let him know and as of now have not received a response from him. This is not a responsible way to run a business.
