A To Z Services

I would hope this will get forwarded on to someone in charge at your company. I am sending this as an opportunity for you to improve your business. I have a Maytag refrigerator that had to be repaired multiple times under warranty and Maytag recommended AtoZ appliance. I have now had the refrigerator for 18 or 19 months and it is yet again having the same cooling issue. Now that it is out of Warranty I called to schedule a repair and hoped for some consideration since A to Z had done all repairs and obviously the same issue is not fixed. I called and scheduled the appointment, my wife left work early to be home by 4:00pm to meet the service repair man. I was told he would call first to let us know he was on his way. At 4:40 I called to follow up. At that point I was told the service repairman had gotten to my house at 3:30 and waited till 4:15 then he left. He said he called my phone multiple times and it went straight to voicemail. There are multiple issues with this statement. numbe

Review: Work was contracted to be completed in home of by a company named A to Z Services, owned by [redacted]. The work was not completed, the contractor stopped coming, would not answer or return calls, and never sent a certified contractor to complete the work. [redacted] is an elderly, handicapped woman who lives alone (with care taking services). She suffers from an Aortic Aneurysm and Rheumatoid Arthritis. [redacted] fell due to unfinished work. A co-owner/employee with this company was coming to finish the work, and had reported that this was not the first job he has had to come back to and fix/complete. He also stopped returning. [redacted] is left with an unfinished hallway and bathroom. This work began during the summer of 2012 and is unfinished to this current date.Desired Settlement: Work completed completely and correctly. Plus, financial reimbursement, with interest, as stated in 'A to Z' paperwork for unpaid balances, for the total cost to complete the work completely and correctly.
