Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: A to Z has not represented the situation accuratelyThe fact is that there is a full tree stump in its full diameter above grade in the groundMy apologies for inaccurate verbiage, but the fact is that the stump is protruding out of the ground and has not been taken care ofIt is not root and is not relevant to the wall location(it is at least inches by inches) It is actually in an easier location than the one that was "ground"I have sent pictures to the gentleman whom is sending the response for A/ZAs for the day their arborist (***) came to my house, it was not a set appointmentI left him a voicemail but did not receive a replyThey continue to state how their equipment works and I know it is able to work as they "ground" one of my tree stumps adjacentAs for the debris left, I have made no mention of this in the complaintMy contract states that tree stumps/roots removal and when their arborist came to set the original job, he said that they will go to about inches below grade and said they were the bestHe knew my scope for the areaWhether it is grinding or removing the stumps, it means to me that it is eliminated in some fashionI told A/Z that if they were not going to come and finish the job I needed to have another business complete this as I have other work on holdA/Z in the email said they were done and it was well doneThe other company I hired had no trouble identifying the tree stump and huge root systems well off the wall that were too big the dig out by handThey will be removing this so I can move forward with my other workI have tried twice to attach jpg picture and it goes into an error mode and deletes all items, so I am unable to sendIf there is another way, I am happy to provide the picturesSincerely,*** ***

So as long as she gets it for free, then she will not hold or write any complaints about us in anyway? If that case, we just call it good She also can not complain against the next company and promises to pay them

Hello Revdex.com,The person requested free wood chips to be dumped at her residence We always call and give a confirmation call to the person requesting the wood chips to make sure they still are in need of the "free wood chips" The wood chips are different everyday and there
are no promises made to the person requesting the wood chips that they are of superior quality(we make sure not to have garbage, blackberry vinrequested, or other obvious unwanted obnoxious weeds thrown in with them as some services do).I tired to explain that the green(needles, leaves) portions are the first to break down and dry up leaving the wood chips more visible after a few months I told her that we have never had a person requesting free wood chips ever make this request before for this reason in the years being in business She told me she did not care about others and what we had done in the past The wood chips will be great if she uses them We never agree to dump loads for free when they only request 2-yards She has fabricated the story and they were "FREE".Please strike this complaint from my record as soon as possible

I am rejecting this response because: I did not state that I paid for the chips. I agreed that they were free. However they advertise that they will deliver FREE WOOD CHIPS and what they delivered was NOT WOOD CHIPS. It is a lot of yard waste with some wood chips in the entire heap.In order that other people are not mislead into accepting something that they do not want, they need to change the verbiage on their website and call it what is - NOT WOOD CHIPS. I am attaching pictures of what they delivered. As you can tell these are not WOOD CHIPS with some greens.

In regards to what they have stated,the people that provided the true service after they left the stump there and did the job appropriately will of course/have been paid since they did the work! They did a full and careful job actually all the way to the wall. No excuses. You know that I paid A/Z in a timely fashion for the tree take down to their stump form. Jobs done get paid. Revdex.com,I responded to this within a day or two of receiving the complaint to the Revdex.com which was a couple weeks ago.  I thought this was all taken care of.  I do not know how this did not make it through.The client asked for free wood chips and we informed her of what wood chips were and that is always green needles or leaves in every load.  We then confirmed the delivery was coming and we dump full loads of chips and not partial loads.  There was no amount mentioned in the complaint of 2-3 yards.  We tell them 10-15 yards minimum.  I informed the complainant that the green or leaves is first to dry up and chips are left afterward.I told her that this was the first complaint for this in 22 years of business and she told me she did not care about other recipients or the past.

Explanation:The trees were in a corner pool planter area growing under and against  a still remaining brick wall, with concreteforming the other side.We explained that we do stump grinding and not removal (you can see that her statement abovethat she expresses stump/root removal and then below, the correct wording as toour paperwork) in detail prior to the job.  We also repeatedly informed her before and after completing the job thewe would not be able to get the roots that had molded around the brick wallcompletely ground because of the brick wall (we were able to do one sidecompletely which after that piece let loose, that we should be able to do thesame with the other side) and the liability associated with damaging the brick wall.The client knows that the stump grinder has a round wheel (explained by our ISACertified Arborist) that cuts the stumps and knew that prior to signing the contract.All that is remaining is a portion of a root going up to & under the brick wallthat is protruding 2-4 inches.She also was disappointed that the debris was not hauled and that was explained andunderlined in our paperwork on the contract.
