Revdex.com,I responded to this within a day or two of receiving the complaint to the Revdex.com which was a couple weeks ago I thought this was all taken care of I do not know how this did not make it through.The client asked for free wood chips and we informed her of what wood chips were and that is always green needles or leaves in every load We then confirmed the delivery was coming and we dump full loads of chips and not partial loads There was no amount mentioned in the complaint of 2-yards We tell them 10-yards minimum I informed the complainant that the green or leaves is first to dry up and chips are left afterward.I told her that this was the first complaint for this in years of business and she told me she did not care about other recipients or the past
